Colleen's bio:
Colleen Rice coaches student teacher candidates in music education for Northern Illinois University. She has been in education for twenty years and spent seventeen years teaching elementary music and beginning band in Chicago Public Schools. Colleen graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Music Education, from St Xavier University with a Master of Educational Leadership. She is certified in both Kodaly and Orff. Colleen lives in Naperville, Illinois with her husband and infant son.
